A few words about this Advaita guidance ...
What is Advaita?
It's a Sanskrit word meaning non-duality...
Advaita Vedanta refers to the Vedas. Vedas, meaning Vision/Knowledge, are very ancient texts revealed and received by Indian sages/Rishis.AT the beginning, this knowledge was then passed down to priests/Brahmins
for thousands of years
during different periods of Vedic, Brahmanical, and Hindu traditions.
This quest has always resided within humanity,
whether consciously or unconsciously.
Advaita Vedanta is neither a philosophical debate, nor psychology,
nor a religion, nor the search for an altered state of consciousness,
nor even a mental calm to be attained or access to a higher spiritual dimension...it cannot be reached, grasped, by the body/mind.
Why?
Because all these areas mentioned are linked to the body/mind...
therefore to the karmic, cyclical aspect of the person.
Become aware that there are different dimensions of the mind...
the psychological, intellectual, spiritual planes...
(The mind is the hard drive...a complex machine...)
Beyond the karmic aspect, composed of
vasanas and samskaras
(tendencies and memories),
this is beyond all conceptualization.
What is
beyond the duality of the phenomenal world?
Is there something rather than nothing?
This famous question can be a gateway... for the seeker
if indeed there is a gateway...?.....!
The question that drives people on this path
is the famous
Who am I really?
This investigation of the true Self was renewed by the Indian sage
Sri Ramana Maharshi...
And also contribute:
Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
The great Ma Ananda Moyi
And contemporaries...
^^^Additional Information^^^
Sometimes, there isn't yet the inner disposition, or
a resonance for this radical, uncompromising search.
And that's perfectly fine too...if it satisfies you...
Advaita is an invitation
carried by messengers for millennia.
It is a reminder that arises unexpectedly, emerging from the course of human experience.
This message can resonate with
those who radically question
the nature of being.
In this personal story,
it imposed itself through a series of events,
and encounters of various kinds.
It is a precious gift in life to hear, to listen to, to receive this message. Understanding initially appears linked
to the mind, leading to direct experience and then to profound realization...
This is not graspable, describable by the mind,
the body, emotions, or sensations...
This path of Jnana Yoga is for those
who feel its call...who become aware
of the limitations of samsara.
This is a radical, uncompromising path...
Every concept is unearthed, uprooted, buried according to the directions...
This is not to be confused with a calm state of mind, a sensation, an emotion, or an altered state of consciousness, or
a deeper, so-called spiritual dimension resulting from meditative practice, shamanic journeys, or the use of substances.
These experiences can be pleasant or unpleasant,
but they are nonetheless part of
the karmic cycle
of the person experiencing them...
This proposition, therefore, does not concern impermanence.

And to clarify,
Akashic Records readings continue
for those who feel
a need for realignment, karmic release.
Sometimes, this may involve a clearing process,
because identifying with a cluttered body/mind
can be an obstacle to revelation.
However, this isn't really a requirement,
because the mystery of grace!!!
There's no recipe, no formula, no condition
although from a pedagogical point of view
overall, the direction of your focus is important...
Follow what calls to you...
